Terms & Conditions
All entries are to be submitted by the 27th of September 2019. Please ensure you complete and submit your entries by this date. The event organiser can change this date as required.
The nominee must be head-quartered or have an operational base on the island of Ireland. Entries can be submitted by organisations or their representatives as long as full approval is sought from all parties before submission.
There is a fee of €50 per company required that allows for an unlimited amount of entries with the exception of the Digital for Good category which is free of charge.
Please ensure you read the criteria for the category you are entering as there is a specific set of requirements per category.
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any entry.
All completed entries will be acknowledged online upon completion of entry. If you do not see this confirmation page, please do contact Aideen Buggy, event manager on 01 2377000 or email@example.com, to confirm receipt of your entry.
The judges decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into or feedback given regarding the selection of short-listed nominations or winners.
We reserve the right to shorten entry titles for the purpose of the awards brochure and winners trophies. Please try and keep your entry title concise and to the point with less than 500 words as a general guide.
We will not publish your entries without first seeking approval, winners are sometimes asked following the awards if they are willing to allow their entries to be made public for future marketing and promotion.
The Spider Awards reserves the right to extend the closing deadline, amend categories or not award categories should the standard of nominations received not reach the required standard.
